Fall River parent revives toddler after falling into pond
A quick thinking parent may have saved their child’s life Wednesday.
A call came into Fall River dispatch just after 7:30 p.m. for a 19 month old child not breathing after falling into a koi pond on Point West Drive. With the child not breathing, one of the parents began performing CPR. According to Detective John Robinson, the toddler responded to the CPR.
Fall River Police and EMS transported the child to Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
