Fall River, New Bedford, Wareham, Dartmouth Southcoast Health welcomes four new providers
FALL RIVER, DARTMOUTH, NEW BEDFORD and WAREHAM, Mass. – Southcoast Health has announced the not-for-profit community health system welcomed four new providers to specialties including Electrophysiology, our Hospitalist Program, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Pulmonary Critical Care.
Ianthe Arboleda, MD | Hospitalist
Dr. Ianthe Arboleda earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in Manila, Philippines. She is starting a position as a Hospitalist caring for patients at all three Southcoast Health hospital locations.

Kara Frade earned her Master of Science in Nursing Adult-Gerontology as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, and obtained her Nurse Midwife Certification from Frontier University. Kara began her career at Southcoast Health while interning in high school before moving forward and working as a CNA. She then served our community as an RN in the emergency department before furthering her education. She is now joining Southcoast Health Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Erin Gallagher, PA-C | Critical Care | Pulmonary Medicine

Erin Gallagher earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. She is now joining the Southcoast Health Critical Care Team in Pulmonary Medicine at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Ashley Manzotti, DNP| Cardiac Electrophysiology
Ashley Manzotti earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree through UMass Dartmouth’s Doctor of Nursing Practice program, in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. She has now accepted a new role at Southcoast Health in Cardiac Electrophysiology, transferring from her previous role at Southcoast Health in Cardiology.
We are delighted to welcome, Dr. Ianthe Arboleda, Kara Frade, Erin Gallagher and Ashley Manzotti to Southcoast Health. Their addition to our team is a testament to our commitment of providing exceptional care and service across the South Coast region.
