Fall River man charged with heroin possession with intent to distribute
On December 11th, 2017, at approximately 6:00 p.m. Fall River Police Department Uniform Division Officer Tyler Paquette and Wendell Burks were on patrol when they observed a blue Ford Focus traveling on Slade Street without lights and conducted a motor vehicle stop. When the vehicle stopped, the Officers exited the cruiser and approached from the blind side. From their vantage point, they observed the operator holding a clear plastic bag containing what appeared to be Heroin. The operator stuffed the bag into his groin area.
