Fall River man arrested on multiple drug and gun charges

Fall River Police arrested a city man on multiple drug and gun charges.

According to Lieutenant Jay Huard, on December 3rd, members of the Fall River Gang Unit, Vice Unit, DEA and Metro Boston FBI Gang Task Force, led by FRPD Detective Gregory Homen, executed a search warrant on Bardsley Street. The target of the search warrant was 27-year-old Akie Headley.

A search of the apartment was conducted. Located inside the apartment were the following items:
 (1) AR-15
 1,332 rounds of assorted firearm ammunition
 (3) plastic bags of marijuana totaling 1.8 ounces
 (43) Alprazolam (Xanax) pills
 (6) 30 round high capacity AR-15 magazines
 A laser bore sighter
 $843.00

Headley was arrested for Possession of Ammunition without FID Card, Firearm, Poss/Carry Large Capacity Firearm or Feeding Device (x9), Possess Firearm without FID Card, Possession with the intent to Distribute Class D, and Possession with the intent to Distribute Class E.

    Unsure why some one would put the street address there to leave the rest of his family at risk. He does not live there. If something happens to his family we know where to place the blame

      Yes, you blame whomever breaks the law. Teaching moment for you: this is a POLICE press release since it is PUBLIC INFORMATION.

      When a person commits a crime – like you are suggesting – they are to blame, no one else. I know hood rats like you live in a different world of fake, but stop spreading your lack of intelligence and ratchetness.
