Transporter – Saint Anne’s Hospital
Job Summary:
Performs duties of transporter for out-patient areas, TCU as needed and assists the Dispatcher with mail services and pick up of surgical specimens. Records requests for Courier services. Other miscellaneous duties as required are distribution of supplies and equipment.
Minimum Education Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience:
• Six months of directly related experience in a hospital setting
Other skills and abilities:
• Must be able to take written and oral instructions.
• Ability to read and understand the English language.
• Ability to operate postage machine
Equipment/Software/Certification:
• CPR Certification Required
