Fall River hits 250 COVID-19 deaths, passes 9,700 cases

Fall River saw more cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday.

According to the Mayor’s Office, 9,777 total cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Fall River, a 91 case increase reported since Tuesday.

The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.

Deaths in Fall River contributed to COVID-19 increased to 250 as 2 new deaths were announced today. 2 deaths were announced on Tuesday. 6 fatalities were announced on Monday. 3 deaths were reported on Friday. 7 deaths were announced last Tuesday.

A record 217 cases of COVID-19 were announced on Thursday. 140 cases were reported on Friday. Monday saw 468 cases were revealed for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 129 COVID-19 cases were disclosed on Tuesday.
