Fall River COVID-19 cases spike to overall total of 2,701 as city prepares to roll back
Fall River saw additional cases of COVID-19 in Friday’s report.
According to the mayor’s office, 2,701 total cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Fall River, a 69 case increase since Thursday’s report.
The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.
The death toll from the coronavirus in Fall River continues to remain at 136.
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday combined for 113 cases. 41 additional cases were revealed on Tuesday. Wednesday saw 54 cases of COVID-19. Thursday saw 42 cases.
