Fall River City Council President Ponte issues statement on Malone’s pending resignation
Fall River City Council President Cliff Ponte Jr, who had been one of the local politicians leading the charge for Fall River Superintendent of Schools Dr. Matthew Malone to resign or be removed, has issued a statement after Malone issued a letter stating he will step down later this year.
“I’m pleased to hear the resignation of Superintendent Malone. While I wish the Superintendent would resign immediately we are now closer to the day where our students, parents and educators can have a professional and not a bully lead our educational system.”
I would like to add that like many others in the school district are happy, I am happy with the announcement and I look forward to moving on from the toxic leadership that superintendent Malone has provided the district.”

Moronic, I mean ironic. The pot calling the kettle black. Buzzword alert!!! “Bullying” wether done face to face or in a letter to FR Reporter is a survivable offense. Hold yourself with a little more composure Clifford, your weakness is highlighted. Enough of all you WOKE-TARDS.
