Fall River City Council confirms appointment, contract, of new fire chief
The City of Fall River has a new fire chief.
Roger St. Martin, who has served the department for over 30 years, takes over as chief after becoming interim chief at the end of January. St. Martin was previously Deputy Chief.
The Council unanimously confirmed the contract and appointment of St Martin.
St. Martin replaces John Lynch who was a 35-year veteran of the department and replaced Chief Robert Viveiros.
