Fairhaven Police looking for missing and endangered nonverbal man
Police are looking for the public’s help to find a missing and endangered man.
73-year-old Kenneth Parks is approximately 6’2” and medium build.
According to police, he is nonverbal.
He was last seen a little after 2:00 pm today in the area of Cushman Park on Green Street in Fairhaven.
Kenneth was last seen wearing a black jacket, grey sweatpants, and beige shoes.
