Crash in Dartmouth Saturday morning results in serious injuries
Emergency personnel responded to serious crash Saturday morning in Dartmouth.
According to Dartmouth Police, a call came in just before 9:15 a.m. for a head on collision on High Hill Road where authorities quickly responded.
As a result of the crash, one operator had to be extricated and was transported to Rhode Island Hospital with serious, but not life-threatening, injuries. The other driver sustained minor injures and was transported to the hospital.
The road was closed while members of the Dartmouth Police Department Crash Reconstruction Unit conducted their investigation. As of 11:30 a.m., the road has been re-opened according to Dartmouth Police.
