City teen found in fair condition by Fall River Police
Jose Martinez has been located by Fall River Police after a search.
Martinez was found by Detective Sarah Reis and Detective John McDonald of the Major Crime Division according to Sergeant J.T. Hoar.
They were able to locate him in Freetown and he has since been transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation. He is in fair condition at this time.
FRPD would like to thank all that helped with tips and information that led to his location.
