UPDATE: Students have been released. We will keep you updated with any further developments.

According to a message sent out by the school, Durfee is currently in shelter mode. Nobody is allowed in or out.

The threat of a weapon following a fight has caused the lockdown.

Multiple students are also reporting the incident took place.

At least one arrest has been made by Fall River police.

This comes on the heels of  four students being arrested Thursday after three separate fights at the school.
