The headline says the cause of the fire has been revealed. All the story says is it was accidental.
What was the cause? Spontaneous combustion?

Unintentional/accidental means someone accidently set the fire. Examples of that would be a cigarette butt or a cooking mishap. FD did not elaborate further.
