A Massachusetts teen is the third person arrested recently concerning businesses being vandalized in southeastern Massachusetts.
According to police, yesterday, a Plymouth DPW employee spotted a man spray-painting “ADAPT OR GET CLAPPED” on a building in the “Shops at 5″complex.
