A Rhode Island man is facing charges after allegedly driving through a crime scene.

According to Dighton Police, just before 11:15 p.m. Thursday night while investigating the fatal pedestrian crash, Dighton Police Department personnel observed a BMW abruptly drive through the marked perimeter of the crime scene with multiple cruisers, cones, and lights displayed.
