UPDATE: Fall River Police arrest couple after 11-month-old overdoses on fentanyl
The Fall River Police Department has captured Kevin Baker, 39, and Lynne Servant, 35, both of Fall River.
Baker and Servant were arrested by the Fall River Police earlier today without incident, according to Captain Daniel Dube.
According to FRPD, warrants were issued charging Baker and Servant with one charge of Permit injury to a child. The charge stems from an incident in which an 11-month-old child overdosed on fentanyl.
The child is currently listed in stable condition.
Police are investigating.
