Wareham man dead in fatal Sunday morning crash
RAYNHAM – Police Chief James Donovan and Fire Chief Bryan LaCivita report that the Raynham Police and Fire Departments responded to a fatal single vehicle crash early Sunday morning.
Police and Fire units responded to a location on South Street East near Williams Avenue at approximately 12:15 a.m. Upon arrival, rescuers found that a Ford F-350 pickup truck had rolled over, and that the force of the crash ejected the driver.
The driver, a 23-year-old man from Wareham, was transported by Raynham Fire to Morton Hospital, where he later died. The driver was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Raynham Police Department.
