Fall River man pleads guilty, wanted children as his property
A Fall River man admitted last week to taking a trip to Grand Rapids, Michigan to have sex with two girls.
Jonathan Ledoux, 30, agreed to plead guilty to attempted coercion and enticement of a minor, in return of a two-level reduction of his offense level according to court documents concerning an October 17th court date.
There were several conversations between Ledoux and an undercover agent who posed as a single mother of two young girls. The conversations contained graphic text concerning sexual assault on children.
Ledoux stated in the conversations that he wanted to rape the girls every day and wanted them to be his property and have them wear collars.
The statutory maximum sentence that the Court can impose is:
Minimum Incarceration: 10 years
Maximum Incarceration: life
Minimum Supervised Release: 5 years
Maximum Supervised Release: life
Special Assessments: $100 + $5,000
Additional Penalty: sex offender registration
Ledoux has been in custody since his arrest in March at Gerald R. Ford International Airport.
