Friends and family are mourning the sudden death of Richard “Ren” Estrada, a 32-year-old Fall River man remembered as a devoted father, fiancé, and friend.
According to a GoFundMe fundraiser, Estrada died unexpectedly at home on Saturday.
He leaves behind his fiancée, Jessica Viveiros, and their three young children: Patricia, 6; Callie, 5; and Shaun, 3.
Estrada’s children were “his world” and it was noted that Estrada was the main provider for the family.
The sudden loss has created both an emotional void and an unexpected financial burden.
The fundraiser is intended to help cover funeral expenses and provide housing and stability for the children as Viveiros navigates the coming weeks and months. Over $3,200 has been raised as of this writing.
Estrada has been described as a beloved father, fiancé, brother, loyal friend, and a solid human being whose life meant a great deal to those who knew him.
One of his beloved hobbies was riding his motorcycle.
Services have not yet been announced.
