Chris Brown, BTS, Madonna & more: Why Vanson Leathers in Fall River is hotter than ever

Fall River once again is being represented on the world stage in a major way thanks to a local manufacturer.

Vanson Leathers, with headquarters located at 951 Broadway, have been manufacturing high-quality motorcycle apparel since 1974 including leather motorcycle jackets, pants, chaps, gloves, and racing suits.

The company is used to providing jackets and vests for some of the most famous people on the planet, but the brand has never been hotter in pop culture.

According to Gregory Molinar, Community and Growth Director for Vanson, Chris Brown is currently wearing 5 of their vests on his tour and a collaborative jacket with another brand. Brown must be pleased with the product because over a dozen jackets have now been ordered for his backup dancers.

Brown and his crew are not the only big names currently repping Vanson.

Kim Tae-hyung (V) from what may be the hottest group on the planet, BTS, was recently spotted on stage wearing a Vanson Jacket.

In April of last year, Madonna visited Saturday Night Live to watch Elton John and Brandi Carlile perform songs off their collaborative album Who Believes in Angels? While there, she was repping New York by wearing a piece of Fall River, a custom New York TJC from Vanson Leathers designed by Da’Von Bean.

Their jackets have also been worn by entertainment superstars such as Alicia Keys and Lady Gaga. The company also teamed up with basketball superstar and now former Boston Celtic Jaylen Brown for a new line of jackets in 2024.

Dijon McFarlane, known by most as Mustard, a well-known Los Angeles-based DJ and record producer, hit the Super Bowl halftime stage in 2025 with Kendrick Lamar in a Vanson Leather jacket.

Those are just a few reasons why Vanson continues to put Fall River on the map in a positive way.
