Immigration and Customs Enforcement Boston arrest Haitian national under investigation by Fall River Police for rape, other charges

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced a recent local arrest.

ICE Boston states that last week they placed into custody Roodiely Jean Louis, a Haitian national, during targeted operations in Fall River.

Jean Louis’ criminal history includes pending charges for kidnapping, strangulation and assault and battery of a family or household member.

He is also under investigation by the Fall River Police Department for rape allegations from the same incident.

It is unclear if Jean Louis will be removed from the U.S. before facing charges in Fall River.
