Massachusetts man last seen during blizzard found deceased

A Massachusetts man who had gone missing early in this week’s blizzard has sadly been found dead.

According to police, 45-year-old Brendan L. Rogers had been entered as missing and endangered by the Weymouth Police Department.

Brendan was last seen leaving his residence on Commercial Street in Weymouth on foot at approximately 7:15 a.m. on Monday.

After an exhaustive search, the Weymouth Police Department report Wednesday that Rogers has been found deceased in a remote wooded area off the Fore River.

There is no indication of foul play at this time.

Weymouth PD expressed their sincere gratitude to the Massachusetts State Police Special Emergency Response Team (SERT), Critical Incident Technical Investigations (CITI), Technical Services Unit (TSU), MSP Airwing, and the Massachusetts Environmental Police for their invaluable assistance during the difficult search.
