Eventually, the vehicle came to rest on Route 88 north near Route 195. After the police investigation, 36-year-old Mark Mello of Litchfield, New Hampshire was placed under arrest and charged with Following to Close, Speeding, Fail to Stop For Police, Subsequent Possession of Class B (Gabapentin) and Possession With the Intent to Distribute Class D (5.5 ounces of Marijuana).
