A Westport crash on Friday afternoon resulted in injuries, according to officials.
At just before 2:30 p.m., a call came in for a motor vehicle crash with a vehicle on its side in the area of 246 River Road.
Westport Police and Fire Engine 1, Rescue 2 and Chief 2 responded to the scene.

According to Westport Fire, the driver was extricated by Westport firefighter/paramedics and transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
