Westport man accused of upskirting female customers
54 year old William Raus, of Westport, is facing three counts of up skirting female customers at the Citizens Bank on Dartmouth St. in Dartmouth
He is accused of using his cell phone’s camera to shoot the pictures. Several women have come forward.
According to the Town of Westport’s website, Raus is the vice chairman of the Westport Planning Board
