Water main break in Fall River this morning causes flooding

Around 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning, a water main break was discovered on Orswell Street in Fall River. The road has been blocked off with multiple yards and basements flooded.

Residents in that area of the city are also discovering brown water.

The water main break is in the process of being repaired.
