Warren, Markey, Auchincloss among officials coming to Fall River to announce federal funding for infrastructure
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 1 Regional Administrator David W. Cash and City of Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan will be joined by U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren and Edward Markey along with U.S. Representative Jake Auchincloss to celebrate major federal infrastructure investment in the City.
The press event is to celebrate federal funding in Fall River infrastructure ranging from lead pipe removal to clean school buses.
The announcement is set to take place Friday morning at B.M.C Durfee High School.
Over the past 12 months EPA has announced that they invested more than $14 million towards Fall River infrastructure.
