Want to get away? A Massachusetts man will be doing just that after hitting $1 million on State Lottery game

Many of us would love to get away whether it’s from a job or even life itself. A Massachusetts man now has that opportunity after hitting big money on a State Lottery scratch ticket.

According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, David Soucy of Chelsea is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Bonus 100X” $10 instant ticket game.

Soucy chose the annuity option on his prize and received the first of 20 annual payments of $50,000 (before taxes). He said he plans to go on vacation with the winnings. 

He purchased his winning ticket at Nouria, 413 Lakeside Ave. in Marlborough. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.

Bonus 100X has (1) $4 million and (2) $1 million prizes remaining.
