The U.S. Marshals- New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Londonderry Police Department fugitive, 24-year-old Dana Dolan.

Dolan is being sought on an arrest warrant alleging the offenses of Negligent Homicide; Manslaughter-Reckless & Reckless Conduct with a Deadly Weapon.

These charges stem from an incident late last year that involved the death of a 21-month-old child due to ingestion of a controlled drug.

Dolan was last known to be in the Tilton, Northfield, and Laconia (NH) areas, where he is known to have family, friends, and associates.

Dolan is 6′ tall, weighs 130 pounds and has a tattoo on his chest.

Anyone found to be assisting Dolan in his effort to avoid arrest is subject to criminal prosecution, according to the U.S. Marshals.

If you see someone who resembles Dolan, contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.

Officials warn to not attempt to apprehend Dolan yourself, but to call (603) 225-1632, or call 1-877-WANTED-2, or submit a WEB-TIP, or TEXT NHTIP with any information to TIP411.
