Two from Fall River, one from Attleboro arrested in fatal shooting, two others wanted

Three people have been arrested for their involvement in a homicide that took place last month while officials look for two others involved in the killing.

35-year-old Biniam Tsegai, of Portland, Maine, and 28-year-old Merhawi Berhe, 28, of Cambridge were exiting a home of an illegal and unlicensed club at the intersection of Potters Avenue and Elmwood Avenue on January 16th when both were shot after a fight began. Berhe survived and is still in the hospital. Tsegai did not survive.

According to Providence Police Major David Lapatin, on January 26th, Providence Police captured three who are believed to be involved in the murder.

A 17-year-old from Fall River is charged with murder, conspiracy and several firearm related offenses.

25-year-old Brendon Bindig, of Fall River, and 23-year-old Jeffrey Sek, of Attleboro, are charged with misprision of a felony (knows a felony has been committed but fails to inform authorities).

Lapatin thanked the Fall River and Attleboro Police Departments for their help in capturing the suspects.

Providence Police are seeking assistance from the public related to two additional individuals involved, 33-year-old Elvis Julian of Boston and another unidentified subject, who are wanted for murder and conspiracy.
