Three seriously injured in Saturday night crash in Fall River
Police are investigating a serious crash that occurred Saturday night that resulted in multiple serious injuries.
According to Massachusetts State Police, at approximately 8:40 p.m., a 2012 Ford Focus was travelling on the I-195 West ramp to Route 138 South when the vehicle struck a guardrail. The vehicle then crossed over and crashed into a wall on Harbor Street.
The three occupants in the vehicle all sustained serious injuries. The occupants included two passengers. One a 34 year old woman from New Bedford and a 35 year old from Walpole, New Hampshire. The driver was a 34 year old woman from West Swanzey, New Hampshire.
All three were transported to Rhode Island Hospital. There is no update on their condition at this time.
