The new year brings one less pizza joint in Somerset

The New Year has brought the closure of a local pizza place.

Somerset saw a business shut their doors Tuesday as Pizza Hut at 191 Grand Army Hwy made their last pizza pie.

While the location’s popularity had dropped off in recent years, many still have fond memories spent at the eatery and were reminiscing on Wednesday.

If you live in the Somerset area, but still want to get your Pizza Hut fix, don’t fret as according to employees of the Somerset location, all of the employees will be going to the Fall River spot and the Fall River location will still deliver to Somerset.

The Fall River location is located in Broadway Plaza at 155 Hope Street.
