Marijuana Dispensary Manager – Health for Life (Fall River)
$70,000 – $80,000 a year, Full-time

We are looking for a qualified individual that is a self-starter and is willing to help us bring our Dispensary on-line for our late fall opening in Fall River, MA. • Experience in working with a point of sale (POS) system
• Ability to meet high volume targets while still providing quality customer care

Accounts Payable Clerk – Packaging Graphics, LLC. (Pawtucket, RI)
$16 – $20 an hour, Part-time -20-25 hours/week – flexible work schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Position reports to the Assistant Controller
• Provides full accounts payable coverage which includes reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, general ledger coding and generation of month end accruals.
• Processing PO and Non-PO invoices
• Performing three way match of invoice, PO and Packing Slips.
• Prepares weekly vendor “pay immediately” list and answers all vendor inquires.
• Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and accounts payable files.
• Assists with monthly closings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Specific knowledge and skills required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (word, excel, access and powerpoint)
• General accounting and tax knowledge
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
• Ability to work well in a team environment that promotes inclusiveness and communication among team members

Job Requirements:
• 2-4 years of related accounting experience required. Must have familiarity with accounts payable process, monthly accruals and the monthly close process.

Receptionist – Russco General Contractors
$13 an hour, Part-time

We are looking for a mature receptionist/typist to fill in part time when one of our employees is unavailable. This could be approximately 1/2 – 8 days a month, paid hourly. We are open from 8-5 Monday through Friday.

This position requires confidentiality and pride in your work We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, good at typing, filing, organizing and following directions, and familiar with Microsoft Word. Must be comfortable answering phones and greeting office visitors.
