Sales Associate – Evolution Wireless (Metro PCS Authorized Dealer)
$11 – $16 an hour
Evolution Wireless(METRO PCS) has immediate openings for a Customer service/Sales Representatives. The customer service/Sales Representatives will be required to provide outstanding customer service, sell and up-sell products, and provide customers support
Responsibilities Include:
– Approach customers in a friendly, helpful and informative manner
– Provide information on Cell Phones
– Sell and up-sell products
– Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications Include:
– High school diploma or equivalent degree
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Dedicated, motivated, perseverant approach
– Ability to comfortably provide product information and ultimately close the sale
– Engaging, energetic and dynamic attitude
– Flexibility, especially in schedule
– Ability to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays
Schedule:
– Candidate must be flexible to accommodate an ever-changing schedule do to mall hours consisting of days, evenings, weekends and some holidays. Overtime may be available.
