Teen from Swansea has been reported missing
Swansea Police and the National Center For Missing and Exploited Children are reporting that a teen is missing.
Alexander Delgado was last seen on Feb 4, 2019.
Alexander is 16 and is Hispanic.
He is 6’2″ tall and weighs 170 lbs.
Alexander’s hair may be dyed.
