Recent court documents filed in Fall River District Court show Swansea Selectman and local attorney Christopher Carreiro will be representing fellow Somerset Selectman Jacob Vaught in an upcoming court hearing.

Vaught was elected to his first term as a Somerset Selectman in 2022 in a race against former Somerset Selectwoman and local environmental activist Kathy Souza.

A case management conference is scheduled for January 23, 2024, at 3:20 PM.
