Southeastern Massachusetts man hits $1 million in State Lottery instant game
A southeastern Massachusetts man just hit a big payday on a State Lottery scratch ticket after claiming the prize this week.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Jimmy Vo has won the final $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “100X Payout” instant game.
Vo, who is from of Plainville, chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes).
His winning ticket was purchased at Neighborhood Food Store located at 1165 Broadway in Somerville. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale.
