Fall River Police responded to a shots fired call early Wednesday morning.

A call came in shortly after 2:30 a.m. that a victim was shot at in front of Boneheads Live at 36 Water Street in Fall River. One, possibly two, shots were fired according to the victim.

According to scanner transmissions, the victim reported that he was shot at by a silver Nissan Altima that was occupied by three males. The victim was not injured.

At approximately 2:50 a.m., a casing was discovered just south of Boneheads in the middle of the road.

At approximately 3:45 a.m. an officer began to pursue a silver Nissan Altima that was speeding at 50 mph on Bay Street. The Altima then crashed into a fence in the area of Bay and Queen Street. A foot pursuit began for the three suspects in the area of Queen and King Street.

Officers set up a perimeter in the area. Shortly before 4:00 a.m. officers captured and arrested one suspect in the area of King and Slade Streets. Just before K9 arrived, officers placed a second suspect in custody shortly after 4:00 a.m. in a backyard on King Street. As of this morning, the third subject was still at large.

Names and charges concerning the suspects have yet to be released.
