Seekonk Police got an unexpected surprise Friday night.
According to the Seekonk Police Department, Officers Natale and Thornhill were serving an arrest warrant for a relatively minor offense at a Seekonk motel last night. When the suspect failed to open the door in a timely manner, the officers opened the door just in time to see him hiding something in the bed sheets. Upon further inspection, 400 Xanax pills were found along with 10 grams of heroin, a large amount of cash and a loaded .380 Caliber handgun.
The suspect now has some serious charges to face. “You never know what’s behind those doors.”
Seekonk Police did not name the suspect.
