It looks like a second driver didn’t see the news involving the first drive as another driver fell victim to Cedar Swap Road in the Fall River/Freetown State Forest. Both incidents occurred literally 24 hours apart.
At approximately 3 p.m., the Freetown Police Department received another emergency 911 call for a vehicle in distress. The operator reported that his vehicle was submerged in water off of Cedar Swamp Road. Officer Chris Medeiros and Officer Luis Alves responded in the XUV gator to the same area as Saturday. No injuries were reported.
Big Wheels towed the vehicle from the scene.
