Rite Aid announces more store closures including one in Fall River
Another Fall River Rite Aid location is set to close.
According to NBC station KGET, the Philadelphia-based company announced this week that 53 more locations will close including the store at 10 Stafford Road.
Late last year, the Rite Aid at 233 South Main Street in Fall River closed for good.
A closing date for the Stafford Road location was not released, however, when it does close, it will leave 1024 South Main Street as the only open Rite Aid in the city.
Since announcing Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2023, the closure of over 200 locations have been announced across the country.
