Rehoboth, Massachusetts State Police, seize nearly 2 kilograms of cocaine
Today, police made a major drug seizure in Rehoboth.
According to Sergeant Brian Ramos, police seized nearly 2 kilograms of suspected Cocaine from a Rehoboth home.
Members of the Rehoboth Police Detective Unit along with members of the Massachusetts State Police, United States Drug Enforcement Agency and the Bristol County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation which led to the seizure of nearly 2 kilos of suspected Cocaine.
Authorities had received information regarding several packages being shipped to a Cedar Street home from Puerto Rico which were suspected to contain a large quantity of cocaine. The subsequent investigation and search warrant revealed the packages contained nearly 2 kilos of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of over $70,000.
Police have identified a possible suspect from Providence, Rhode Island as the investigation remains on-going.
