According to Gregg Miliote of the BCDAO, a motorcycle being driven by 46-year-old Christopher Raposo, reportedly drove through a stop sign at the intersection of Elm and Main Streets in Dighton at approximately 9:20 p.m. and struck the passenger side of a black Subaru station wagon.
Raposo was ejected off of his seat and landed near the intersection. First responders determined him deceased on scene.
The driver of the Subaru, a 48-year-old man, was transported to Morton Hospital in Taunton for treatment of minor injuries.
