Police: Remains found in area off of I-95
Police have issued an update concerning findings Wednesday off of Route 95.
According to a spokesperson for Rhode Island State Police, a Department of Corrections work crew discovered bones in a grassy area along Route 95 in Providence.
These bones have been confirmed as “human” and are being forensically analyzed, according to police.
The investigation is still ongoing.
