Police: Missing Fall River child found on I-195
A child who had gone missing in Fall River was located by police.
According to Lieutenant Gregory Wiley, on May 5, 2021 The Fall River Police Department conducted an investigation in regards to a missing 10-year-old child Wednesday evening.
It was determined that the child had run away from a Shove Street home after being punished.
The child was later located on I-195 by Mass State Police.
Police are refuting reports that the child had been abducted.
The child was later transported to a nearby hospital for a medical evaluation.
