UPDATE: Police announce missing veteran found
UPDATE: Deputy Chief of Police Major Michael Arnold has announced that Adam Seale has returned home safe as of this morning.

Police are looking for the public’s help to locate a missing local veteran.
The Portsmouth Police are attempting to locate a 43-year-old Portsmouth man identified as Adam Seale. Seale had left his home on Candy Court at approximately 7:00 am on July 5th and has not been heard from since. Seale had left his home without a phone, wallet or vehicle and his location is unknown at this time.
Seale is a military veteran who is described as 5’11, 205 pounds, with blue eyes and is bald.
Seale has been listed with the Portsmouth Police Department as a missing person.
