Police locate missing 16-year-old New Bedford teen who ran from hospital
A local teen that went missing in the Boston area has been located.
16-year-old Tessa Rivera of New Bedford had run away from her mother while at the MGH Chelsea.
Police say she has been reunited with her mother.
