Police investigating after pickup truck strikes telephone pole, tree, home, in Rockland
A driver crashed into multiple objects, according to authorities.
According to the Rockland Fire Department, this morning, Rockland Firefighters received a call for a vehicle into a house on Summer Street near the Abington line.
Rockland fire and police arrived to find a pickup truck that had struck a telephone pole, gone off the road then hit a tree and finally struck the front steps of a house.
The driver was transported to an area hospital for evaluation.
The accident is under investigation by Rockland Police.
Rockland Fire had no other details on the incident.
