Police: Ex-boyfriend, co-habitant, accused of killing 59-year-old Patricia Fasan of Rhode Island
A Rhode Island woman is dead, and her ex-boyfriend is accused of killing her.
According to police, on Monday, at approximately 10:00 a.m., the Pawtucket Police and Fire Departments responded to an apartment at 560 Prospect Heights for a report of a woman that reportedly jumped or fell from a second story apartment window.
The woman, identified as 59-year-old Patricia Fasan, was immediately transported to an area hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced deceased.
Members of the Detective Division began their investigation and later determined the circumstances surrounding the incident suspicious due to the condition of the apartment as well as the nature of her injuries.
Detectives developed a suspect during the course of their investigation and later apprehended 64-year-old Guy Williams, an ex-boyfriend and co-habitant with the victim.
With the assistance of the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office, Williams was brought to 6th District Court in Providence Tuesday afternoon where he was arraigned and charged with Domestic Murder in the 1st degree.
